DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICY

Returns

Our refund policy is 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 days has passed since you received the order we will not be able to accept your return.

Items must be returned in the same, unused condition and in the original packaging. If your item is in the correct condition,

your original payment method will be credited. Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to show in your bank.

The buyer is responsible for covering the postage cost of returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you wish to return an item please contact littlehomelydelights@outlook.com for further instruction. Please provide your order number and reason for return.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Pre-Orders

If your order contains a pre-order product, all items will be dispatched at the same time. If you require a certain product sooner than the dispatch date show on the pre-order item please make two separate orders.

UK Shipping

1st Class £2.60 - £3.99

2nd Class £2.10 - £3.40

International Shipping

£6 - £11.50

Please allow 6-7 business days for order to arrive after dispatch.

Postage costs vary on items purchased.

We also offer free collection from Frome, Somerset to local customers.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. Personalised items will be dispatched within 4-5 business days.
